I have been dealing with the staff at Firecrest UK LTD for many years now. In my role as Depots Manager for Balfour Beatty Rail I need a Professional team that are approachable knowledgeable and most of all safe.
Firecrest UK LTD provides all the facilities that I require at my Depots including “PAT” Testing, recharging of Fire extinguishers and IMMIDATE support for my staff at the depots when they have a problem with the system.
Ian and his team cover Essex, Kent, Surrey, Peterbourgh and many surrounding Depots for me providing a truly professional service. The thing that I like best about Firecrest UK LTD is if I have a serious problem I want it addressed now. Not in 5-7 days time, also if you phone them and on the very rare occasion they don’t answer the phone, they will call you back as soon as possible generally within the hour.
